Counselling clients

I am offering low-cost, sliding-scale sessions from January-April 2026. Sliding scale rate is $45-100 - You are welcome to choose the rate that works best for you, no questions asked, and you can change your rate at any time. Sessions are online, meeting you where you are.

  • If you are booking from a time zone that is not PST, please make sure you have entered your correct time zone in your account on Jane App. You can email me if you need support with this.

Registered Massage Therapy clients

Thank you for continuing to be part of my practice. Please note that because my availability is limited, I am limiting my practice to existing clients. Thank you for your understanding.

Please do not come to your appointment if you have cold, flu or other communicable illness symptoms.

Fee increase January 1, 2026: I will be increasing my treatment fees as follows to reflect the increased costs of running a practice. All prices include GST:

  • 60 minute treatment - $130

  • 75 minute treatment - $155

  • 45 minute treatment - $105

My approach is collaborative and gentle, grounded in the belief that change is possible. Together, we’ll uncover and nurture your strengths, resilience, and inner wisdom — cultivating hope, ease, and clarity along the way.

Massage Therapy

My treatment style places an emphasis on calming the body and mind while focusing on functional movement to facilitate wellness. I practice with a patient-centered approach and support my clients in feeling a sense of empowerment when it comes to their wellbeing. I have special interests in stress management, pain science, and persistent pain management. I strive to use an evidence-informed approach and seek ways to expand my knowledge and skills through continuing education. Since beginning my practice in 2018, I’ve been fortunate to work with people in all walks of life, and I enjoy having variation in my practice. Please note that I am unable to offer prolonged deep pressure treatments.

Ultimately, my goal is to offer treatments that can help people to feel more at home and at ease in their bodies. 

When I’m not at the clinic, you can find me birding, hiking, paddling, growing food and practicing mindfulness through yoga and meditation.
