Dear clients,

Please note that I am on leave from both my massage and counselling/psychotherapy practice until mid-late Fall 2026. I will not be checking emails during this time. I will reach out to my regular clients to notify them when I am returning to practice. I am not taking on new clients, nor am I adding names to my waitlist at this time.

We live in a world full of challenges and uncertainty, and we don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy can offer a path toward feeling more grounded and connected, supporting you in living a life that is wholehearted and aligned with your values

My intention is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel safe and unrushed as you explore your experiences and emotions. My approach is collaborative and gentle, grounded in the belief that change is possible. Together, we’ll uncover and nurture your strengths, resilience, and inner wisdom — cultivating hope, ease, and clarity along the way.

Massage Therapy

My treatment style places an emphasis on calming the body and mind while focusing on functional movement to facilitate wellness. I practice with a patient-centered approach and support my clients in feeling a sense of empowerment when it comes to their wellbeing. I have special interests in stress management, pain science, and persistent pain management. I strive to use an evidence-informed approach and seek ways to expand my knowledge and skills through continuing education. Since beginning my practice in 2018, I’ve been fortunate to work with people in all walks of life, and I enjoy having variation in my practice. Please note that I am unable to offer prolonged deep pressure treatments.

Ultimately, my goal is to offer treatments that can help people to feel more at home and at ease in their bodies. 

When I’m not at the clinic, you can find me birding, hiking, paddling, growing food and practicing mindfulness through yoga and meditation.
